Bij de meeste schuimfilters wordt de bovenkant erop gelijmd en daar kan geen lucht door. Bij onze complete serie filters wordt de bovenkant erin gelijmd zodat er maar op een héél klein oppervlak lijm zit, en er dus meer lucht door gaat. De aansluiting voor de 47 mm venturie is nu gemaakt van een volwaardig rubber, dus bedrijfszeker. De aluminium venturie is aangepast nu voorzien van een O-ring zodat er een perfecte aansluiting op de carburateur is. Door de speciale vorm en hoogte van 24 mm sluit de venturie naadloos aan op het filter, dus snellere en betere lucht toevoer naar de carburateur, dus ook meer vermogen. Het 2Layer TPS™ filter bestaat uit twee verschillende soorten, op elkaar gevulkaniseerd, geselecteerd schuim, wat een maximale filtering garandeert. Het antistatische prefilter, is een uitvinding op zich, en zorgt ervoor dat het filter schoon blijft, en het meeste vuil buiten sluit. Deze hoes is ontworpen van een speciaal antistatisch doek waar nagenoeg géén vuil aan blijft plakken, en is tevens voorzien van een elastische band die het goed op de plaats houdt. Dit prefilter kan ook gebruikt worden over ander filters, zoals K&N e.d.. Onze luchtfilter cleaner is simpel in gebruik, en één verpakking is goed voor 10 schoonmaak beurten. De luchtfilterolie is zo dun als water dringt volledig door tot het binnenste van het filter. Doordat een gedeelte vervliegt blijft er een kleverige substantie achter wat een optimale filtering garandeert. Beide producten zijn biologisch afbreekbaar!. Na de vele tests is gebleken dat dit filter meer dan 35% meer lucht doorlaat dan een conventioneel filter, zoals bijvoorbeeld een K&N. Zelfs na één dag in de slechtste omstandigheden geeft het filter de motor maximaal vermogen en bescherming, al met al het beste filter wat er te koop is. Because a part of the fluid vaporizes, the remains is a sticky substance what gives you optimal protection and a maximum air flow. Both products are environment friendly!
